SWVF League – age/gender options
The league competitions are mixed male and female competition within all age groups. We encourage all players (male and female) to participate at their appropriate age level as we believe this leads to their best development as soccer players and provides the most enjoyment. However, the club and league acknowledge that there are specific needs for some individual players where we can assist participation. The SWVF therefore provides for a limited number of positions in each team that are available for players that are new to soccer or female that wish to play down one age group in either the under 13 and under 16 teams. A formal request must be made to the SWVF. For players wishing to play up an age group, parents must also provide approval. Please contact the coach of the relevant team for assistance.
Mid-season Player Transfers
If you have already registered via myfootballclub for the 2018 season with another club, a supplementary registration package is available with a reduced registration cost as FFV and FFA fees have already been charged with your first registration. Please contact the club for details.
The club endeavors to cater for all players wishing to participate in its organized soccer activities however you must be a registered member to be covered by insurance. If you just want to have a kick around and join in some training from time to time a reduced registration package may be able to be organized subject to requirements. Please contact the club to discuss your needs.
Registration costs cover operating expenses for the club to supply equipment and facilities and conduct all activities. Member fees are also paid to both FFA and FFV, which include insurance cover for all players. All our coaches and club officials are volunteers and we are a not for profit association. We strive to keep our costs down and keep our registration charges affordable. Please respect the registration requirements of our club and ensure you are registered before taking the field in our activities. Please contact our club officials should you have any questions. We are more than happy to take enquiries.
